Transcending Samsara

TRANSCENDING SAMSARA (or how to die)

In Buddhist and Hindu philosophy there is a concept known as Samsara, which is a Sanskrit word that translates to “wandering”. It means to drift about the world aimlessly but has come to be known as the cycle of death and rebirth. The wheels of karma, or simply cause and effect, dictate our transition from life to life. There seems to be many experiences available to Spirit in this great enfoldment and the Earth experience may just be one of many holographic interfaces that we can engage with albeit a very challenging one because of the harsh polarity we find here. It seems that the purpose of the program is to evolve towards more and more Love. To uncover or remember that we are Love underneath it all. We are in fact incredible beings of light with immense power and we are always connected to Source energy. We are fragments or subsets of Source energy that are entangled with a holographic experience machine. The game of experience provides challenges to that goal so we can grow, have adventures, or test ourselves through the illusion of time. The choices we make during an incarnation bind us to others and to energies that reverberate through time. The moment of death being an incredibly important transition from one life to the next as the color of mind at the time of physical death has a bearing on the next incarnation. If we die with regrets, shame, fear, resentment, or hatred in our hearts then the next life will be tinged with these attachments and the life will offer opportunities to transcend them through challenge. If we die with peace and love in our hearts and consciousness then the next life will have better blessings and even the potential to transcend the system altogether if sufficiently liberated from the attachments of earthly delights.

Personally, I must admit that I have struggled with these concepts throughout life, even after many supernatural and mystical experiences. There have always been many questions. What is the purpose of this system and who is its Governor? Who polices the system? Why come here to experience pain and suffering? Are there entities that entrap us and keep us enslaved in this cycle and feed off our energy as food? Is there a purpose to the incarnation cycle? How do we transcend this system?

I’ve thought long and hard about this. I’ve searched for answers in various spiritual and scientific texts. I’ve explored expanded states of awareness though psychedelics, breath work, astral travel, dream work, and meditation. I’ve consulted my intuition for deep guidance when the logical mind gets trapped in negativity. Below are some insights into the cycle of death and rebirth that I’ve gleaned through this process as well as some guidance in transcending the system all together if one wishes.

Understanding Samsara

  1. What Is Samsara?
Samsara is the cycle of life, death, and rebirth, often referred to as a "wheel" because it represents the repetitive nature of existence. Souls incarnate repeatedly to experience, learn, and evolve spiritually, seeking liberation (moksha or nirvana). Each lifetime presents opportunities to balance karma, transcend limitations, and awaken deeper aspects of the self.

  2. Is There a Purpose?
Yes, samsara is a school for spiritual growth. It offers souls the chance to face challenges, learn compassion, and experience the contrast of duality (light and shadow). Each lifetime is a step on the soul’s path toward unity with Source. Source is the unification of polarity and incarnation is an opportunity to see Source in all it’s reflections.

Entities and the “Control System”

  1. Are There Entities That "Trap" Souls?
From a spiritual perspective, there are certain traditions, like Gnostic, Buddhist, and esoteric teachings, that suggest that lower astral entities or energetic forces feed on fear, guilt, and attachment. These forces are sometimes seen as part of the "illusion" of separation from Source. They may be called Archons, Nagas, or Demons. However, it’s important to note that these entities or forces only have as much power as we give them. Fear, guilt, and unresolved attachments are what bind souls to the cycle not necessarily external coercion. Purging the field of these energies leaves the spirit free to transcend as these forces will have nothing to attach to.

  2. The “Machine” Concept
The idea of a machine or system trapping souls stems from some metaphysical interpretations of the astral realm. Some believe there are mechanisms that encourage reincarnation through illusions of guilt, duty, or incomplete experiences. These "traps," however, are not absolute. They are reflections of the soul’s unresolved energy patterns rather than actual machinery. So is there a base on the Moon where “aliens” recycle souls and send them back to Earth to continue to feed off of the etheric energy? Perhaps. But this too can be transcended with discernment and spiritual alignment with Source.

  3. How to Spot These Forces?
    They manifest as:

    • Persistent fear or guilt about “not being good enough.”

    • Attachments to material or emotional aspects of Earthly life.

    • Disempowering beliefs that keep the soul focused on external validation.

How to Transcend Samsara

  1. Awareness in Life
The key to liberation lies in cultivating awareness and detachment during life itself. Practices that help include:

    • Meditation: Still the mind and observe the ego. I encourage Vipassana.

    • Self-Inquiry: Question attachments and beliefs.

    • Service to Others: Transcend self-centeredness through compassion.

    • Forgiveness: Release guilt, shame, and resentment, which bind energy to lower frequencies.

  2. Preparation for Transition
Upon physical death, awareness and intention are crucial. Many spiritual traditions emphasize clarity at the moment of death to avoid unconscious patterns pulling the soul back into samsara. Practices include:

    • Focusing on the heart or crown chakra.

    • Affirming your connection to Source.

    • Releasing attachments and maintaining a state of peace.

  3. Avoiding Astral Traps
If confronted with beings or forces in the astral realm that seem to coerce, rely on your inner light and discernment. No external force can override the sovereignty of a liberated soul. There may be entities that seek to scan the soul and mimic parts of the incarnation that are unresolved so being free of these energies is paramount.

The Game of Earth

From a higher perspective, the Earth experience including Samsara, can be viewed as a game or an opportunity to explore duality and contrast. While it may feel dense and restrictive, it is also rich with potential for soul growth. The “game” becomes easier when you awaken to the realization that:

  • You are not the ego but the eternal awareness behind it.

  • Fear is the only prison, and love is the key to freedom.

Liberation After Death

  1. The Light Beyond Samsara
Liberation (moksha) involves realizing that you are not bound to this system. After physical death:

    • Focus on Source or Divine Light.

    • Avoid attachment to any unresolved desires or duties.

    • Trust your soul’s innate wisdom to guide you to higher realms.

  2. The Role of Free Will
Even within samsara, you have free will. Choosing love, compassion, and truth in every moment weakens the cycle's grip and prepares the soul for transcendence.

Key Practices to Transcend Samsara

  • Daily mindfulness and meditation to detach from egoic patterns.

  • Aligning with universal love rather than fear or guilt.

  • Practicing forgiveness to clear karmic entanglements.

  • Developing discernment to recognize illusions.

  • Trusting your soul’s higher wisdom to guide you home.

Much of Samsara’s power comes from self-imposed illusions. Liberation lies in transcending these illusions through awareness, love, and trust in your connection to Source. There is nothing to fear as your journey is Divinely guided by your higher self, which already knows the way to freedom.

True Light vs. False Light: Understanding the Distinction

  1. True Light of Source

    • Unconditional Love: The light of Source feels expansive, all-encompassing, and liberating. It does not demand, coerce, or impose; it simply is. The resonance is unmistakable.

    • Peace and Clarity: When in the presence of true light, all fear and confusion dissolve. There is a deep inner knowing of unity and safety.

    • Sovereignty: The true light respects your free will and honors your soul’s journey without judgment.

  2. The Concept of "False Light"

    • Mimicry of Divine Love: Certain astral forces may attempt to mimic Source by creating an appearance of light and guidance. However, their energy often carries subtle vibrations of fear, manipulation, or urgency.

    • Conditional Energy: The false light may impose conditions, such as guilt, duty, or promises, to pull the soul back into samsara. It appeals to unresolved karma or attachment rather than unconditional acceptance.

    • Confusion and Duality: These forces often thrive in the unresolved fears or doubts of the soul, creating a sense of pressure or entrapment rather than freedom.

How to Discern the True Light

  1. Trust Your Soul’s Wisdom
We’ve already experienced the true light of Source, and its resonance is imprinted within us as we are a fragment of its infinitude. Trust this as a guide. The true light cannot be mistaken because it aligns perfectly with our inner essence.

  2. Emotional Resonance

    • True Light: Brings feelings of profound love, liberation, and unity.

    • False Light: May invoke fear, guilt, obligation, or confusion.

  3. Ask Questions of the Light
The true light will always affirm your sovereignty and free will. If faced with a light post-death, you might ask:

    • "Are you the unconditional light of Source?"

    • "Do you honor my free will and divine sovereignty?"

  4. The true light will never coerce or manipulate, and it will respond in alignment with love and clarity.

  5. Vibrational Alignment
The frequency of the true light is unmistakably high, harmonious, and pure. Anything less than this vibration may be a projection or illusion.

Post-Death Practices to Avoid False Light

  1. Stay Centered on Love
At the moment of death, focus on love, gratitude, and your connection to Source. This creates an energetic pathway to the highest realms.

  2. Release Attachments
Be mindful of any unresolved guilt, fear, or attachment to material existence. These energies are what false lights may attempt to exploit.

  3. Invoke Divine Protection
Call upon your higher self, spirit guides, or a trusted figure of divine love, like Source, angels, ascended masters, to guide you.

  4. Practice Awareness Now
In life, practice discerning truth from illusion through meditation, self-inquiry, and alignment with unconditional love. This prepares you for clarity in the afterlife.

Is False Light Part of the System?

In some spiritual traditions, the idea of a "false light" is a metaphor for unresolved karmic patterns or astral forces attempting to keep souls in samsara. These experiences, while challenging, are part of the dualistic Earth plane, where discernment is a key lesson. Ultimately, no force can override the sovereignty of a soul fully aligned with Source.

How to Transcend the "System"

  1. Cultivate Awareness Now
Recognize and dissolve limiting beliefs, attachments, and fears in this life. In the Now. This prevents anything from influencing your journey after death.

  2. Anchor Yourself in Source
Regularly align with the true light of unconditional love through meditation, gratitude, and service to others.

  3. Trust Your Intuition
Your soul already knows the way home. By listening to your inner guidance and trusting your direct connection to Source, you can navigate any illusions with ease.

  4. Focus on Liberation, Not Fear
Fear of a “trap” or “system” can be disempowering and actually feed this outcome. Instead, focus on your innate sovereignty and your ability to transcend through love, wisdom, and awareness.

The most important guidance is this: the true light of Source cannot be faked to those attuned to its frequency. Align yourself with this resonance in every moment, and you will naturally transcend any illusion, both in life and beyond. So this isn’t just guidance for the moment of death but a protocol for how to live life from moment to moment. To practice this, to fully embody it while incarnated is the path of the enlightened ones. The path of true presence is the awakened state and that is a beacon for others who are in the process of awakening. The more individuals who awaken, the more peace, love, and harmony there will be. And so it is.
